- Developed multi-million dollars network software for Service Assurance and Fault-Tolerant Service Level (Netcool/Impact, Netcool/SLAM,Netcool/Omnibus)- Built structure/instruments for Cache Statistics project in Netcool/Impact engine to collect performance data for caching performance (data caching, query caching)- Architected the Netcool/SLAM project to construct engine interfacing with Netflow to collect network traffic data for application analysis- Created the Network Traffic Engineering model (Poisson-Fractal) to approach the solution for solving problems in optimization, latency, congestion and jitter. This technical model resulted saving hundred million dollars for ISP and Telecom companies
