Service – Occupational Health provision to public and private organisations.• Manage all aspects of a multi million account portfolio, including client growth, retention, and executive-level relationship management.• Achieved a 94% client retention rate through successful renewals and negotiations.• Oversee pricing adjustments for clients and manage contract extensions.• Lead negotiations and approve commercial changes for all contracts, including pricing modifications, contract variations, and governance of the commercial schedule.• Ensure the financial performance of the account portfolio, including debtor management.• Actively participate in onboarding new clients and developing new relationships.• Regularly report to senior management team on portfolio, debt position and opportunities. • Play an active role in pitching, proposal writing, and tender pricing for renewals.
