Assists National Instructor Trainer, Training Manger and Education and Training Director with all aspects of NRA's Training Programs. Focus has been on creation of new training programs to offer more to the trainer and student and enforcement of existing NRA Training policies and procedures to ensure that NRA's training programs remain the National standard. Served as lead instructor in over ten NRA Training Counselor Development Workshops nationally - resulting in the appointment of over 50 NRA appointed Training Counselors, the gatekeepers of NRA policy in the field and the developers of new, NRA Certified Instructors. Developed, facilitate continual improvement of, and serve as lead coordinator of www.NRAInstructors.org, an instructor-driven web portal for reporting, managing, and advertising NRA training courses world-wide and facilitate continual improvement or the training website, by translating end-user input to Information Services personnel. Developed and maintain the NRA Instructor Sales Program, linking manufacturers and their product with trainers in the field to improve both training quality and revenue stream into the 501. c(3) NRA Endowment. Coordinate with four participating universities to maintain and promote the NRA Short-Term Gunsmithing Program. Served as the NRA representative at several national shooting events, to include Super Bowls, Academy of Country Music Artists Awards, and professional sporting teams alumni groups, providing event preparation and guidance, participant safety briefings and instruction, and NRA ambassadorship to the public.

Managed merchandise section of high-end semi-private shooting range. Developed sales team through initial and ongoing training on product knowledge, marketing and sales strategies. Managed inventory and processed special orders. Ensured Federal Firearms License transactions were in order and met all state and federal legal guidelines. Assisted Business Unit Manger to ensure all aspects of range testing, cleaning, preservation and packaging and shipping of firearms and spare parts were accomplished in compliance with military and civilian contracts through effective management, supervision and scheduling of 25+ person team. Conducted on-going training of team members to ensure continual improvement, conducted semi-annual employee evaluations, and conducted new-hire training. Member of facility safety inspection, accident avoidance and training team. Served as ISO 9002 internal auditor and facility tour guide.

Assisted store manager with all day-to-day operations of high-end grocery store and served as manager in her absence. Served as safety manager and trainer. Conducted new hire training and evaluation.

Served in all Infantry positions - from machine gunner, RTO, rifleman, team and squad leader, and platoon sergeant - in reconnaissance and rifle platoons, directly supervising and managing up to forty soldiers. Served as marksmanship instructor and competitive shooter, responsible for program development, shooter selection and training, and competition; was part of 4-man team representing the United States military in the Spanish Ground Forces Championships. Served as Division Staff NCO, with duties including: disseminate higher-headquarters exercise directives and develop division extracts to coordinate all training; coordinate transportation, billeting and placement of up to five hundred external exercise augmentees; served as liaison noncommissioned officer to Republic of Korea 5th Armor Brigade, ensuring smooth transition of that unit into US Division command and control; trained and developed over 100 Korean Augmentation to the US Army (KATUSA) soldiers, ensuring that language barriers were not an impedance to operational readiness; assisted with development of war plans and readiness exercises. Top Secret clearance held. Served as drill sergeant for 3 years, directly supervising and mentoring all aspects of training, personal issues, and team building among 60 entry level soldiers.
