Employed by Energyneering, which is located at Sisters Airport, I was hired to rehabilitate their headquarters. The airport delivered an estimated $3M into the local economy annually. This secured ENERGYneering’s ability to stay in the state by upgrading the facility to the necessary requirements of a fast-growing engineering and operations company.During my time at Sisters Airport and Energyneering, I played a central role in turning Sisters Airport from a defunct municipal airport to a thriving airport and business center, growing from 7 total employees the day I was hired to more than 50 at its peak. I excelled in these roles by:• Writing, lobbying, and delivering total of $1.6M grant funding to support private-for-public-use airport owned by CEO• Planning and directing administrative activities for the organization's CEO with regards to the airport• Interacting with local and state government agencies on a regular basis to ensure compliance• Creating presentations, maintaining spreadsheets, as well as helping prepare for meetings, events, and travel arrangements

Billy's Creek ranch is a 16,000 acre ranch in the Texas Panhandle. Daily responsibilities included:• Feeding, Gathering, Horse training, Fence-Fixing, Plowing (i.e. general ranch work)• Starting Colts• Grounds maintenance duties such as mowing lawns, weed-eating, spraying weeds, trimming hedges, and minor repairs• Maintaining accurate and complete records pertaining to all ranch activities
