Admin - PIC of work permit, temporary resident card, judicial records, visa for 27 foreigners (Korean and Filipino)- Work with the bank to create bank accounts and ATM cards- Make the labor contract and labor contract appendix- Make employee daily report- Control the time-keeping finger machine and all workers' and employees' in-out data- Purchasing and control: Stationery, Uniform, Name Card, and Some Items for production- Booking air tickets, hotel, restaurant, resort.- PIC of control company car and service car- Make advance payments and payments in the Korean ERP system- Work with subcontractors and suppliers (Canteen, Security, Health Insurance, Air Conditioner, Air Ticket, Service Car)- Work with the customer's auditor (WRAP, Better Work, Express, Under Amount).

Job details:- Support some functions in the group: update recruitment candidates, support training, translate documents.- Monitor and perform accommodation services for foreign employees: Work permits, residence permits, criminal records.- Prepare stationery for new employees who go on board: Desk, Computer, Telephone, Internet, Email, Stationery.- Order stationery for the company monthly.- Instruct employees to return items and equipment that the company has provided to relevant departments before leaving work.- Receive requests for printing name cards from the department, coordinate with marketing design and work with suppliers to print.- Handle the payment of administrative expenses: monthly phone calls, meals, and parking.Achievements: Understand clearly the roles of a Human Resources Administrator and can be ready towork as a Human Resources Officer.
