Current• Installing, configure, maintaining, and upgrading new servers, workstations, peripherals and application software• Providing End-User support for Corporate and Production employees• Install network services, cable pathway systems (cable trays, racks & cabinets) wireless infrastructure in public, municipal, business or residential settings; setup and troubleshoot switches, routers, LANs, WANs, VOIP and Wi-Fi systems • Installing, programming and testing Phone hardware PBX and IPPBX (wired and wireless, cabling, etc.).• Network monitoring, maintenance and reporting – including recording and tracking incidents in the central ticketing system.• Maintaining accurate record of hardware inventory• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair software, hardware and network related issues.• Ensuring infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.• Evaluate, test, and deploy all software, firmware, and hardware upgrades to client server infrastructure and internal systems • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for local workstations.• Assist with IT related problems in person and remotely• Setup and maintain various technologies including: Microsoft Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, VMWare, Cisco Firewalls, various Wireless and Wired Networks, VoIP Phone Systems, Mobile Devices, Backup and Disaster Recovery, and Windows Desktop computers• Monitoring client networks and proactively resolving issues• Read and prepare technical network diagrams, schematics, port maps, rack layouts and bills of material• Work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical staff.• Evaluate information technology needs and users' software needs.• Network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling and systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments.• Managing local technical projects.• Maintaining or creating policies, procedures, and processes.
