My responsibilities include the following:- Work on the strategy and action plan for growing Anghami’s subscription business with mobile operators across MENA- I identify, structure, negotiate, and close strategic deals with Telecom partners that are relevant to Anghami growth and manage a pipeline of prospective partnerships- Nurture and renew existing partnerships to maximize the opportunity for Anghami and for our partners and develop strategies to increase revenues/business from these partnerships- Day to day follow up on business related matters (marketing activities, commercial Agreements review, reporting, invoicing and collections).- Develop pricing strategies based on market trends, competitive landscape, country factors and customer segmentation- Work with cross-functional teams internally and externally from finance & legal to product and marketing towards deal objectives- Ensure that Anghami’s commitments to a partner relationship are delivered as well as follow-up on the partner’s deliverables to optimize results- Coordinate activations and project launches between Anghami (Marketing/Social Media/ Design/Engineering) and partner's teams- Monitor and analyze partner KPIs (subscription, conversion, churn) and propose strategies to optimize results and ARPU- Work closely with partners to build case studies of the impact on bundling Anghami with Telecom products

My responsibilities included the following:- Build business cases and financial models and analyze statistics and market segmentations- Present quantitative and qualitative assessment for adopting/not adopting a specific solution/service to top management- Develop new products descriptions and evaluate their technical feasibilities through a tight follow-up- Work with cross-functional teams internally and external partners from product and services feasibility, analysis, to implementation and go live.- Coordinate the implementation and launching of services with various departments- Perform post-launch analysis and provided recommendations to increase return on services- Manage content aggregators and lead E2E discussions with providers in order to secure and animate content for the operator’s content related projects- Conduct discussions with vendors and suppliers to ensure E2E solutions; prepare RFP and contracts- Contribute in the yearly projects roadmap
