The key role of the Digital Media Manager is to drive all aspects of digital media marketing strategies towards the clients’ success. (S)He manages all the day to day operational responsibilities pertaining to the digital network. Additionally, designs, develops, and implements strategic goals, policies, procedures, and a system for all digital media plans requests by our clients. Collaborates closely with the Sales and Account Managers to ensure all deployment goals and budgets are met or exceeded and helps to set digital revenue targets and drive new business development.Key Accountabilities:•Lead the digital media team in the implementation of the clients digital media plans•manage the Digital Media team in ensuring effective strategy, delivery and evaluation of all digital activities.•Develop, implement and optimize online opportunities.•Manage the development and upgrades of the digital technical tools.•Distributes projects and priorities requirements.•Keep abreast of development in the digital arena, identify new digital opportunities and be a digital evangelist.•Cooperate with the sales and account manager in composing proposals.•Provides technical support to clients when needed.•Evaluate and communicate online evaluation, statistics and results.

1.Setting the Digital Media strategy for Clients on Local , Global , regional Publishers as well as Niche sites.2.Creating Google AdWords, facebook, Yahoo, YouTube, AdMob & Twitter campaigns for high scaled MENA & International performance accounts (Air Travel – Telecom – Banks – Cars & other services).3.Consult with advertisers in developing their strategy while controlling editorial quality by attending weekly, monthly or in demand meetings.4.Monitor and analyze online marketing and campaign performance data in order to suggest structural and editorial improvements that will optimize ad campaigns.5.Leverage deep understanding of clients' websites and products to develop creative content for their text, Display & video ads.6.Encourage advertisers to incorporate Google's variety of ROI-oriented ad strategies.7.Using Google Analytics & other Analytics tools like 'Woopra' & 'Web Trends' to analyze the campaigns and suggest structural improvements that will optimize ad campaigns.8.Ongoing Reporting, analysis & recommendation for the managed accounts.9.Make sure that managed accounts are achieving their targets based on the KPI set.10.Leading, training & evaluating other Digital Media Strategists in the team.11.Handle the team to prepare the pre-sale proposal to help the sales team to contact the client with the perfect solutions which gain the highest values for our clients.12.Finalize the pre-sale proposals for our prospect clients to achieve their goals from their digital presence.

Reviewing Analysts' and Associates' work.2. supervising, managing & setting up high scaled accounts in most of the PPC platforms (AdWords - MSN adcenter - Yahoo before the search alliance – facebook - YouTube)3. Leading, training & evaluating other members of the team.4. Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team.5. Following & presenting all the new techniques. Also developing a way to apply them in the accounts.6. Responsible for monitoring the KPI “key performance indicators” for the all company’s projects and make sure every account is achieving its targets.7. Participating in making proposals for the new projects and prospective clients.8. Participating in other digital media work like SEO (on page optimization - Link Building)9. Completing administrative work.
