•Analyze customer requirements and create design specifications, function test specifications, ICT (In-Circuit Test) specifications and generate product development documents based on the requirements.• Source electrical components, establish the bill of materials (BOM) and liaise with suppliers, the clients, the supply chain and the operational production team towards the constant improvement of the quality of electronic products.• Check project feasibility and generate budget reports.• Carry out project management activities including the GANTT chart and process documents using MSP (Microsoft Project) and make sure to meet the objectives and product cost.• Support the technical failure analysis of products by finding the root cause and implementing the corrective actions regarding quality control.• Reverse engineer the automotive systems, check and modify mechanical design, draw electrical diagrams and design the printed circuits boards (PCB).• Carry out prototypes by assembling THT / SMT (Through-Hole technology / surface-Mounting Technology) electrical components and carry out EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), ESD (Electrostatic discharge) tests on the prototypes and final products.• Manage all electrical manufacturing processes, from scratch in the THT / SMT manufacturing line.
