I also managed the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience. I collaborated with hiring managers, team leads, and HR colleagues to understand the hiring needs and align them with the company's vision, mission, and culture. I utilized various tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse, to attract and reach out to potential candidates, and conducted interviews and assessments to evaluate their fit and potential. I contributed to the growth and success of Eleos Health by bringing in over 70 new hires in one year.
