John joined International Management Company (IMC) in June 2017 as Leasing Associate to oversee the day-to-day leasing activities for IMC’s 1.5 million square foot commercial real estate portfolio. With experience in office, retail and healthcare brokerage, John is well equipped to assist a diverse tenant base to find their ideal space. John provides clients with a high level of attention to detail to create value-driven, efficient real estate transactions of any size. Prior to joining IMC, John was a leasing agent with Newmark Phoenix Realty Group where he negotiated and executed leases on behalf of landlords and tenants. As a law school graduate, John also focuses on legal matters and the law’s impact on commercial real estate. John is active in various real estate organizations including the National Association of Industrial and Office Space (NAIOP), NAIOP Developing Leaders, Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Mr. Hodges joined Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group in 2010. He began assisting in the marketing department where he eventually took on the role of marketing manager as well as serving as an in-house IT consultant. In 2011 John received his real estate license and began assisting in a brokerage capacity as well. He then enrolled as a part time student in Florida Coastal School of Law specializing in Business & Property Law and received his J.D. in 2015. He has an extensive background in property analytics for business development and investment strategy.
