As the Asia-HR Director I provide HR stewardship, support and services to the Asia Leadership Team, Country Coordinators, HR, service and ministry personnel in Asia. I also provide the same to relevant TWR partners and accountabilities in Asia, and around the world. I am responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, employee counseling, and protecting TWR from HR related litigation and/or disputes by ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.I also provides advice and assistance to supervisors and staff. This may include information on training needs and opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews, and personnel policies of the ministry.The position coordinates the salaried staff recruitment process and participates in the missionary selection process in their respective region if applicable. I provide advice and support to supervisors and staff selection committees and ensures that they have accurate and timely information to make effective decisions.

Using various instruments (WAIS-III, WISC, and Bender Gestalt), assessed clients’ strengths, skills, and tested validity of mental incapacitation in order to evaluate them for Social Security Disability claims. Worked with varying populations and socioeconomic status levels. Wrote mental status evaluations.
