- Managed the support, maintenance and incident response for tfl.gov.uk in a reactive, fast-paced environment, triaging and prioritising (and re-prioritising) tasks (c. 400/week across a team of 7). - Delivered fit for purpose digital solutions to tight deadlines whilst maintaining usability and accessibility- Leveraged a wide network of contacts across the business to make informed decisions and balance business and customer needs to deliver the right thing, on-time.

- Took a strategic, collaborative and forward looking approach in the planning, execution and evaluation of TfL’s marketing activities and procedures. - Developed and implemented the inaugural TfL Digital Strategy and associated policies (eg open data, social media). - Coordinated B2B data syndication and contra-deals with strategic partners (eg London boroughs, Yell, Metro). E-Commerce development eg TfL Visitor Shop Plan, affiliate partnerships and merchandising.

Produced high quality specialist events on European and international agricultural policy, agribusiness and the food industry, generating up to £110k profit per event. Pin-pointed key market issues, to create programmes that stood out in a competitive market. Persuasive negotiation secured Directors from leading European food and agribusiness companies, Senior Academics, Industry Leaders and MEPs to speak (for free!). Produced Marketing and Sales briefs and exceeded delegate targets by 10% year on year.
