I am a patent attorney, technologist, inventor of 126 US Patents, strategic advisor, and entrepreneur. My longstanding interest in economic theory leads to a unique perspective on the approach to intellectual property, its application to the enterprise, and to technology itself. I am unafraid to learn new technologies, and synthesize my experience toward new objectives.My most recent independent project (US 12,099,997) involves a negative (or arbitrary) value cryptocurrency token (NVT) which e.g., represents a debt or penalty, The token may be fungible (FT) or non-fungible (NFT). The token may be created as a countertoken to a positive-valued token (PVT), avoiding inflation as the tokens are generated. This follows my earlier work in developing the basic decentralized ledger cryptocurrency token (US 9,311,670, 10,567,975), well ahead of "Satoshi".I assist companies, institutions, and individuals in planning, executing, and monetizing IP strategies, including creating technologies, obtaining strong protection and enforcement, acquiring, licensing, brokering and selling IP, in developing commercialization plans, and structuring vehicles for bringing new ideas to market. I am also available to assist in USPTO, PTAB/IPR, judicial, and appellate proceedings. I manage Vehicast LLC, focused on mobile Web3 networks, IoT, location based services, environmental sensing, mobile ad hoc sensor networks, V2V and V2I, cognitive radar, vehicular safety and other features.In addition to my focus on core technologies, I specialize in interdisciplinary technologies, especially merging life sciences and high tech.
