Oversee the end-to-end management of our online email program, ensuring all campaigns are optimized for maximum engagement and business performance.My responsibilities include preparing and executing email campaigns, from asset collection to quality assurance and deployment. I manage promotional content, continuously identifying new opportunities to drive customer demand through event-triggered campaigns.A key focus as well is executing, analyzing, and optimizing strategies for customer graduation and omnichannel personalization through targeted content optimization within email marketing. This involves ensuring the seamless deployment of daily campaigns by partnering closely with internal teams and third-party vendors.In addition, I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Creative, Merchandising, Advertising, and Customer Insights—to ensure our email content aligns with business goals and customer journey strategies.I also provide data-driven recommendations and support ad hoc business initiatives, leveraging insights and performance metrics to enhance customer experience and content effectiveness within the email channel.
