When I was young, I never really had the specific "When I grow up I want to be a _____", truth is I wanted to be everything. An Athlete, Fireman, Astronaut, WWE Wrestler, Thumb War Champion, Fisherman.... you name it, I wanted to become it. As I grew older and wiser (questionable), I realized that what really fuels me and gets me excited are three things:-Connecting with People (Cultures, Languages, Businesses)-Challenges (Physical, Mental)-Teamwork (Being Part of a Movement)I have been told I've been blessed with the "Gift of Gab", not sure if that is a compliment or a nice way of saying that I talk too much. In any case, my so called gift of gab has enabled me to work and connect with truly innovative people in sports, technology and social media. Challenges. What would the world be without challenges? Problem solving is in my DNA and it sparks that inner fire in me to go above and beyond. Every business has problems and it is my job to identify the current state and provide a roadmap to the future state and positive business outcomes. Last but not least, team work. They say there is no (I) in TEAM, and this is true. As I got older and my desired career was unclear, but one thing came with great clarity, MY goal is to be a part of a movement. To be part of something bigger than myself and work with like-minded individuals with outrageous ambition and goals. This gets me out of bed everyday.
