Kit shows great leadership, and is able to handle high degrees of ambiguity. In addition to improving our current platform, Kit proactively looked ahead, and saw that our existing platform would run into scaling limits, as well as have a cost profile that would be a problem at higher scale. He advocated for and initiated a new generation of our deployment architecture, which became a major project and priority. He foresaw this and sounded the alarm several quarters before this would become an issue, showing great foresight. Kit is a pleasure to work with. One of the key aspects of SRE success is collaborating with many different constituencies, and Kit definitely was the go to person for the organization.
