Led corporate legal matters. Negotiated and oversaw security agreements and transactions, including venture loans, lines of credit, special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), acquisitions, equity investments and initial public offerings (IPOs). Liaised with federal, state and foreign governments to develop partnerships and programs. Ensured corporation legal requirements met including formation of board of directors and shareholders. Handled formation and maintenance of affiliated entities including non-profit organization, foreign corporate branch and sister LLC.

Part of a small law firm in Denver, CO handling criminal, civil and family cases from initiation through trial. This included multi-million dollar civil suits, murder trials, and supporting appellate cases and motions.
