- I have coordinated like as local and global Key-user of the systems: QHSE Sharepoint, myDoc (Document Management), BATS2 (Event Management), including training for all employees; - I Planned and organized workshop to treat the goals of the year. After the consolidation, those results are presented for all organization;- I supported the implementation and maintenance of IMS system to all sites envolved to garantee the ISO 9001/14001 and OHSAS 18001 international certifications. - I supported QHSE processes including optimization and continuos operations like: Audits (self assessment), Workshops / Trainings, Management reviews, Supplier companies evaluation that are established within the industrial complex Belford Roxo. - I Coordinated the cost identification process from areas envolved, generating of the reports, charts and critical analysis. I responsible to identify issues between from the established Budget and effective costs.

- Today, I am responsible for services purchases to support the decommissioning project of MDI and polyurethanes plants;- I was responsible for purchasing and negotiating strategic raw materials ( Benzene , Nitric Acid , Formaldehyde, Chlorine, Soda and others);- I Coordinated development projects of raw materials with the objective to bring more competitiveness for the company, including benchmarking and market intelligence; - I Lead the legal department of drawing of legal contracts , coordinating the process to get the Suppliers agreement for which contracts;- I laborated a Strategic Sources of raw materials in order to understand the whole marketing of these raw materials ( logistics / opsticals / new suppliers);- I created the Purchasing processes for replacing the thecnical materials and spare parts;- I was responsible for supplying technical materials in order to ensure the understanding of the negotiations with the suppliers , requesting the preparation of global contracts with the Legal Department;- I was responsible for maintening the material of master data, including the parameters in the SAP system;- I was responsible of the purchasing process of electricity to ensure the contract will be difined, including the drawing of legal contracts;- I was responsible of the purchasing process of water, from the treatment plant in order to ensure the contract will be defined, including the drawing of legal contracts generating a representative savings;- I have deployed the control tool purchasing process along with the informatic area using the system share-point as a tool. I have trained and created reports based on the system;- I laborated the handout and created training in the RFQ module (competition process) and e-auctions using P4U tool (purchasing processe management system) in the web plataforma;- I created materials quotation for purchase equipaments and services using P4U system (purchasing process system), making also electronic auctions.

- Responsible for production planning of three production plants (Continuos process and multipurpose. Responsible for managing more than 500 items , including finished goods and intermediate products and raw materials;- I have created long term production plans to Identify purchases necessity to import materials Necessary to meet deadlines of the production plan;- Responsible for production schedules of MDI (polymers and monomers) , Polyurethanes, Isocyanates and phenolic resins plants, including the created process order and reserved materials and accounting;- Responsible for maintaining inventory levels of sales necessity (focus on business ) , controlling the inventory account contributing with "Working Capital " (focus on the shareholders);- I controlled the account of production orders, Checking the produced quantity and respective consumption with objective to avoid accounting failures, inventories difference and incorrect production costs; - “Key User” in the implementation project from new SAP system P1P. Considering PP (Planning) and APO (Advanced Planning Optmization) modules. Including the parameterization and testing stage in Germany;- Implemented the concept of " Dead and Slow Move Inventory ", participating in the development datas report, coordinating monthly meetings between Marketing and Production in order to dispose the material;- I worked together with the production area (production in batch ) in the projects optimization to rationalization times;- Coordinating the material recovery project in the customer , scheduling material loading to be sent, as well as the return for reprocessing at the MDI plant. This operation generated savings about R$ 300.000,00 per year;- I was responsible for reseales materials management, including purchasing planning of national and exportation markets;- I participated in the Sarbanes -Oxley Act (SOX ) implementation, including controls , mapping processes, risk analysis and annual audits;

- I analyzed the investment costs projects supporting , making notes and comments to help the Project Manager to take decisions about differences between the planned costs and effective costs ;I identified and managed the assets through identification cards, making registration in the fixed asset system;- I generated and analyzed reports from primary and secondary expenses, including presentations through graphic models. Management decisions were taken based on these reports;- I participated in the SAP Project implementation (CO-CCA module) in 1998, supporting Key user in the organization of cost centers to receive the costs; - I was responsible for planning cost centers, controlling the production costs and their expenses. This information was evaluated and approved by managements.
