The role holder also delivers medium complexity work packages as part of customer implementation projects and has the ability to understand complex situations and activities, also being able to communicate basic technical information to non-technical people.My daily tasks focuses primarily on Azure services, tenant changes, tenant maintenance and working with on-premises servers and services, with a main focus on account management with proprietary systems and integrations.During this role I've had a larger role of maintaining stability across larger deliveries. I've on top of this also worked on internal product development at DevOps, automations, knowledge transfer, teaching, scripting and proprietary system knowledge. My services was spread between DevOps and CloudOps.

Teaching courses programming 1 and 2 with focus on object oriented programming in C#, web development 1st and 2nd level with focus on basics in HTML5, Bootstrap, SASS and CSS with further advancements into Javascript, jQuery, Ajax and PHP. Interface design with focus on usability, computer technology in general and communicational design with main focus on digital signal transfer. For development, SQL, XML and JSON was heavily focused as alternatives for data storage, with a major focus in relational databases and database modeling.I was given opportunity to educate and support students in their teachings from first to last grade of upper secondary school.

I was responsible and accountable for the delivery of the central service SPOC for 2 customers. My primary task was to help develop, stabilize and report the maturity of the service desk and its service desk experts to managers and customers, both internally and externally.At several occassions deeply involved when taking in and developing new services for customers as well as performing continual development to further improve existing services. Services as methods of communication, processes, routines, discovering points of failure, cost savements as well as performing everyday root problem analysis. As a customer facing role I worked closely with customer owners, technical engineers, delivery-, incident-, change- and problem managers in order to ensure the outcome of the services to be synergetic with other departments and to stakeholders and managers. This includes helping the setup of new services, report on services and analyzing trends to understand its current development and its future needs.During my time as an SPS i received the Silver award, for my ability to adapt to situations, stabilize and develop services with my customers. I also received the LEAN Advanced certificate as well as the LEAN Bronze accredation during this time.

Having worked as a Service Desk Expert i took on multiple roles from first- and second line, backoffice as well as specializing in fields which required intense work and understanding. In my everyday work my main focus was on diagnostics, configuration, installation and managing of multiple technical systems running simultaneously. As a secondary responsibility i would monitor and report health of several various servers, networks and equipment with a business critical requirement. My tertiary work tasks was managing tickets and incidents.During this employment i also helped new employees by teaching and assisting with their technical equipment.Meanwhile i also built a workschedule-application to modernize the delivery and availability of your schedule as well as automations making it possible to cut down hourly work to a couple of minutes. This would later be a contribution to my VIP-award during my employment.
