My mission is to close the gap in leadership by working with companies to attract and retain disabled talent, focusing specifically on ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) employees. I qualified as a Special Education teacher in 2013. Since then, I have explored a variety of workplaces and have gained a wide range of skills, including the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
