CurrentLocal Human Resources partner to both the divisional CFO and CITO and their respective leadership teams as well as all teamleads, translating HR expertise into practical value to support and solve people issues.• Advise on Swiss labor and employment law topics and provide guidance on and drive the execution of core people solutions along the employee life cycle • Challenge and enable the business on performance and talent management as well as organizational change and reorganisations• Shape and drive the annual compensation review and promotion process• Execute on HR initiatives ensuring leadership alignment around the impact and roll out and act as a coach to support and influence leaders to enhance cultural change, capability development, employee engagement and retention• Collaborate with HR peers, experts and delivery teams and influence the creation of impactful HR tools and interventions as well as participate in HR projects• Leverage data insights to analyse and investigate issues and trends to identify improvement solutions and design action plans
