Stefan is a seasoned expert in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), specializing in pre-deal integration planning, mobilization and execution of integration management offices, business process optimization, synergy realization, and comprehensive change management. His extensive experience spans multiple industries and geographies, including the Americas, China, Australia, and Europe.As a Managing Director at E78 Partners, Stefan leads the development and implementation of repeatable solutions for private equity firms and companies aiming to build in-house M&A integration and carve-out expertise. Prior to E78, he co-founded Global PMI Partners USA, a consultancy recognized for its leading post-merger integration services, which was later acquired by E78 Partners. Stefan's career also includes leadership roles such as Director at Blackstone Technology Group, where he led the U.S. management consulting team, and earlier positions at Accenture, delivering integrated solutions as a people, process, and technology consultant. Beyond his professional life, Stefan is an accomplished author and international keynote speaker, contributing to literature on M&A integration and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He is also a Cabinet Council Member of the World Affairs Council of Greater Houston and a member of the Leadership Circle at Commonwealth Club World Affairs of California. Stefan holds an Executive MBA from the Graziadio School at Pepperdine University and a BSE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa, in addition to completing the Leading Professional Service Firms (LPSF) program at Harvard Business School and the Advance Project Management Program at Stanford University.In his personal time, Stefan enjoys combining his passion for travel with cultural and business collaboration.
