I managed to get hold of a store location in the central city without any significant investment and started to order spare parts in small amount. I head hunted from my competitors and recruited some of their best technicians and the rest was just plain business development. Just for fun I contacted a new bank that I had no previous relation with and managed to setup the business with them with no problems at all. I managed to open the store within a month and this was during the economy crisis. Our unique services is that we provide professional instant repairs (within an hour) a lot faster than offered by Apple.This was the first time I created a consumer business and I found it no more complicated than an internet startup. Of course I got sued by Apple but that comes with the territory of being disruptive. I found the market to be more competitive and some other business instruments had to be implemented than I was used to, but it was a fun experience.

They are true entrepreneurs. I helped them build the business around the community using SEO and some new services inside the community.

Founded Familjeliv (Family social community) together with my wife and we built the site completely by ourselves from ground up. We had no investment capital at all but managed to create a very useful community for parents with toddlers. We also created special calendars for pregnant women and a very successful forum.I made the community very SEO friendly and used most SEM available at that time. It became very successful and the biggest achievements was made in servers to handle more than 100k/requests per second which was a lot at that time. It also became one of Sweden's largest social web site, still today attracting 2 million visitors each month (almost 20% of Sweden's population visit this web site each month). The site was successfully ported to a few other countries, I was involved introducing it in Poland.I sold the business to Stampen Group in 2007 and because they changed to it to a site more like a newspaper the growth stopped. The potential to further develop the platform internationally was hindered and the business is stale at its current user reach.
