I managed to get hold of a store location in the central city without any significant investment and started to order spare parts in small amount. I head hunted from my competitors and recruited some of their best technicians and the rest was just plain business development. Just for fun I contacted a new bank that I had no previous relation with and managed to setup the business with them with no problems at all. I managed to open the store within a month and this was during the economy crisis. Our unique services is that we provide professional instant repairs (within an hour) a lot faster than offered by Apple.This was the first time I created a consumer business and I found it no more complicated than an internet startup. Of course I got sued by Apple but that comes with the territory of being disruptive. I found the market to be more competitive and some other business instruments had to be implemented than I was used to, but it was a fun experience.
