Introduced to Mergers and Acquisitions when Gorilla Group acquired multiple agencies in early 2022. Created strategies for team incorporation through meticulous planning and problem solving. Facilitated trainings with new team members, solved for gaps in the merger process, and quickly adapted to a growing team headcount.

Developed a keen understanding of team skill sets and forecasting to match people to projects. Learned the intricacies of Jira workflows, Salesforce reporting, and Mavenlink/Kantata PSA software.

Involved in tenant retention, rental property management, investor relations, online advertising, and market research for Chicago real estate development. Improved organizational and prioritization skills through managing over 60 units with 100 tenants. Balanced multiple moving pieces under little oversight and recognized my passion for building relationships with clients and team members.

Discovered the importance of wearing multiple hats and embracing change with a positive outlook. Built relationships with clients and agents, learned negotiation techniques, established operational processes, and managed new strategies to streamline client services. FlyHomes exposed me to residential real estate but with a startup twist.

Exposed to the internal world of film as a Creative Advertising Intern, where I researched film campaigns, transcribed movie trailers, and offered feedback on new advertising methods. Collaborated with fellow interns to create a mock print and social media campaign for an upcoming film release.

Introduced to product placement via multiple large logos, including FIJI Water and Columbia Sportswear. Read scripts for placement opportunities, observed phone meetings with clients, and attended set visits throughout LA.
