FAJR KERMAN PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX (FKPC) is the first petrochemical complex in south-east of IRAN (Kerman province). It is a project developing company and a subsidiary of PEDC (Pasargad Energy Development Company), a pioneer in Oil, Gas, Energy and Petrochemical Industry in IRAN. The project scheme benefits from Natural Gas monetization, by continuing NG added value chain to the polymeric products (mostly for the first time in the country) which has nominated the FKPC as one of the forerunners in IRAN.The project is in the concept design phase and my job is planning and establishing project control principals from very beginning.- Develop a 5-level WBS- Define & schedule main project milestones and tasks- Calculate proper weight for tasks- Daily progress tracking- Prepare monthly full progress report (including cost control, risk analysis, s-curve and . . .)- Document control- Financial feasibility assessment & analysis (beside of project controlling task as an essential requirement of project development)

NIKPARS is a manufacturer of stackable potato chips, pellets and snacks. it produces stackable potato chips (same as the P&G Pringles licensed by Italian PAVAN company) for the first time in middle east. Pellet and Snack production line was licensed by NP (Japanese company) with ability to produce various flavored roasted or fried snacks. Company has established a dedicated distribution system in major cities of the country.
