Provided input to the Project Management Team to enable them to establish realistic budgets and timescales at the outset of the project/phase of work. Creating and defining company business direction with creative strategy, to align with both internal team and teams from other offices are keeping the same pace with company’s growth. Expanding storytelling across physical and virtual platforms. From crafting immersive environments for Museum, Shopping Malls, public installations to pushing the future ahead of shared virtual experiences in Virtual Event, VR and AR. Making sure projects are always going beyond boundaries, while staying on brand and executable.

Leading design team to create digital solutions crossing both online and offline for museum, organizations and commercial clients. The multidisciplinary design team consists of designers from different creative fields. My role is to work with the team and offer unified art directions/ creative concepts across different types of projects. I also acted as the bridge between creativity and technology, I cooperated closely with Tech Team and Art Tech Team to make sure the creative concepts and deliverables are well-executed. Furthermore, I initiated the company rebranding, including a big revamp on the website, pitching decks and visual systems.

Responsible for developing art directions across a variety of outputs and scalable projects covering pitch concepts, branding, campaigns, website, apps, and digital contents etc, while providing creative direction, design feedback and guidance to the design team. I Worked on projects with a wide range of spectrum from E-commerce, Platforms, Campaign, Portfolio to system interface etc. I worked closely with clients including M+, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Hong Kong Broadband Network, Emperor Cinemas and more. I fostered a good relationship with programers to ensure the work of all stages meets or exceeds the client’s objectives.

Established the brand’s identity system,art direction across on-line and off-line and created effective UI/UX designs for different digital projects like websites, apps and campaigns. I was responsible for presenting the ideas and design to clients during the pitching and design review stages. I usually provided art direction and guidance to junior designers in the team. Having participated in company website revamp, I was responsible for maintaining the company visual system, marketing strategy, and other digital design initiatives.

Led projects from briefing to delivery and communication design strategy and UX goals to clients and the internal team. Helping to establish art direction and be responsible for the overall design of website interfaces, producing deliverables such as screen layouts, user interface elements, interactive prototypes and final assets.
