• Established a new growing User Experience team by collaborating with a Head of User Experience (e.g., team charter, team members set-up, roles and responsibilities, objectives and key results, user research and UX design process, UX principles, ways of working, etc.)• As part of the User Experience team, conducted human centred design research at Cambridge’s leading AI startup on a mission to build a machine learning platform to help customers make better business decisions• Employed various design research methodologies such as contextual inquiry, qualitative interview, focus group, co-design workshop and usability testing to empathise with customers' behaviour, needs and requirements• Evangelised internal stakeholders about User Experience practice such as what User Experience is, why it is important, how we work, what to expect from us, and how User Experience could add value both to the company and to our customers
