Consulted with clients to create specialized systems for each location with regards to software and hardware. Also involved with installs, upgrades, SaaS and even repair. (No offense to other employers intended)Worked in a dual role as a COO and Franchise Director, focusing on driving sales through improving food quality, service and atmosphere. Was successful in lowering core cost by 8% while increasing sales. Working with with manufacturers and distributors we were able to improve the quality of the ingredients while lowering prices. Implemented a strict forecast/budget system to lower labor costs. Converted BOH from an entirely contracted employee basis to a traditional employee/employer relationship. This not only lowered labor costs but improved employee moral and commitment. As the Franchise Director, I create a system that we could offer to prospective franchisees and sold multiple franchise agreements in California, New York, Alabama, Dubai and Panama. I started with Vinny's as the General Manager of the Lexington location drove sales in excess of $4m in my first year.
