Most recently at OAG, my role as a Customer Support Representative harnessed my bilingual abilities to assist and guide customers, while also smoothing out technical glitches. My core competencies lie in customer service, marketing, and providing technical support, all underpinned by fluent command of Spanish and English.My team at OAG and the students and educators at Ocean View School District benefited from my dedication to clear communication and my skills in translating complex information into actionable guidance.
