Bachelor's degree student in Interdisciplinary Sciences and Humanities and International Relations at the Federal University of ABC, my academic background is interdisciplinary and designed to apply skills from different areas of knowledge, integrating critical and analytical insights, promoting a broad understanding, and providing effective solutions to everyday challenges.With generalist experience in Human Resources, I started in the personnel department, focusing on admission, onboarding, internal marketing, employee assistance, and recruitment. As a People Analytics analyst, I managed indicators using Power BI, contributing to performance and goal management, and in budget planning, I aimed to align compensation strategies with corporate objectives. In the Compensation area at Daycoval Bank, I conducted salary studies, variable compensation, market research, headcount approval, and contributed to organizational structuring and strategic reports for decision-making.Currently at UBS, I work as an Advisory/Generalist focused on facilitating the relationship between internal clients and HR specialist areas. I have a 360º view of recruitment, operations, payroll, and compensation areas. I am responsible for the onboarding process and monitor employees throughout their lifecycle, participating in the structuring of internal programs and policies, supporting recruitment and selection and executing area routines with a focus on process automation.
