As a People Analytics analyst, I managed indicators using Power BI, contributing to performance and goal management, and in budget planning, I aimed to align compensation strategies with corporate objectives. In the Compensation area at Daycoval Bank, I conducted salary studies, variable compensation, market research, headcount approval, and contributed to organizational structuring and strategic reports for decision-making.Currently at UBS, I work as an Advisory/Generalist focused on facilitating the relationship between internal clients and HR specialist areas. I have a 360º view of recruitment, operations, payroll, and compensation areas. I am responsible for the onboarding process and monitor employees throughout their lifecycle, participating in the structuring of internal programs and policies, supporting recruitment and selection and executing area routines with a focus on process automation.
