Everyday activities are greeting and serving customers. I design and hand draw all the art work for all company displays. Overall tending the bar from open to close making sure everything is in line to provide excellent customer service.

• Spearheaded complete renovation of business from the store front appearance to finances. In charge of hiring and managing Technicians and Service Writers. Built relationships with vendors and national fleet accounts. Oversaw payroll, insurance, human resources, customer complaints, and financing departments. Additionally acting as a service writer helping customers understand the issues we identified and seeing them through the repair process.

• Worked to provide highest quality customer service in a fast paced environment. Honed my skills in providing clear and precise communication between a highly diverse customer base and a intensely active staff to provide a seamless dining experience.

• Started my customer service training in an upscale country club, perfecting hospitality on a large scale. Took charge of setting up and breaking down events, large dinners, and weddings while bartending and serving members and their guests with quality hospitality.
