Experienced entertainment industry entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of event coordination, digital media production & brand management, talent buying, nightlife consulting and business development. An expert in digital strategy with a B.S. in Film, TV & Digital Media from Texas Christian University.As an undergraduate at Texas Christian University, I held a leadership position in my organization which tasked me with managing a budget of over $200,000 per year for events. I also collaborated with DFW based events companies, nightlife groups, food & beverage brands, and even a PGA tournament using my business, Apalla Media LLC (est. 2017), as a platform to provide consulting, digital media, and entertainment services. The services I was able to offer through this platform would go well beyond producing photo and video content. To date, Apalla has also functioned as a full-scale concert event producer and promoter (talent buying, logistics, backline, transportation, venue rental & staffing, marketing, ticket sales), a consulting firm for events agencies and nightlife groups, and a digital strategy expert with an emphasis in the music and entertainment space. This would eventually lead me to the co-founding of my second business, Fancy Pants Presents, in the fall of 2018, which would inherit all of the responsibilities of Apalla that involved commercial, live events.Moving forward, I am looking to pursue work across the digital media space that emphasizes my passion for music and sports. I hope to find a position that will challenge me to learn and refine my skills while allowing me to grow my personal businesses in a mutually informative manor. As a motivated self-starter who can never fit enough on their plate, I doubt that I will ever be content with only one vocation.
