Kiwibank will soon assume ownership of the management of its 3rd party Retail Agents from NZ Post. The purpose of this role is to lead this transition to Kiwibank management and development and operationalisation of the functional practices to manage this network. Lead the North Shore Business banking with key objectives of performance management of staff and P&L and balance sheet growth. Primary focus areas include acquisition of new to bank customers & retention, balance sheet growth and customer experience.

New Zealand

Drive sales and revenue growth across Business banking, including development of sales initiatives and monitoring outcomes. Design and implementation of annual performance frameworks and incentive programes. Manage internal and external business partner relationships. Also included development of franchise, broker channel business.

New Zealand

Leadership Northern team (including Northland, North Shore and West Auckland), to drive superior sales and revenue outcomes and customer experience. Also includes management of all cost lines, balance sheet quality and compliance generally.

Samoa

Leadership of Business Financial Services team including:o SME relationship managers;o Asset Finance;o Asset management (collections);o National Finance centre (back office credit function for personal banking);o Prime banking (HVC consumer channel);o Management of large Corporate port folio (primarily Govt of Samoa)

Fiji

Leadership of Business Financial Services team in West Fiji, comprising 25 staff including relationship managers, Asset management and FX & Trade. Also responsible for large corporate port folio in excess of $200m.

Papua New Guinea

Management of portfolio of business customers ranging from medium sized local corporates to multi-national businesses. Key area of responsibility included balance sheet growth, acquisition of new customers and credit management.
