I am a Marketing Professor with solid practical experience and a strong research orientation. For more than 20 years, I focus on brands and brand management, especially within the fields of strategic branding, brand orientation, internal branding, service branding, B2B brands, social brands and technology. I also work as a brand consultant, author and speaker. I am part of the responsible leader network of the "BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt", a member of the Advisory Council of the social organization "Generationsbrücke Deutschland", and a member of the "Medinge Group", an international think tank on responsible brand management.
