Global Navigation Services is responsible for the procurement and evaluation of aeronautical sources for flight relevant needs. Furthermore the Jeppesen Aviation Database will be maintained with the relevant data which will be extracted for OEMs on a cyclic basis.My responsibilities:- development of strategies and global alignment of this department with my peers in other Jeppesen locations- cooperation and coordination with other departments- excellent customer service (external and internal)- people development- coaching- LEAN activities- Change Management- ensuring the production result for the department- coorperation with the relevant Business Units, Portfolio Management and Product Management- represent Jeppesen at the customers and authorities- development and introduction of new methods, processes and guidelines for increasing efficiencies
