His core competency lies in radically rethinking of banking propositions, and the core principles of customer interaction, as well as seeking effective “nudges” to motivate customers to bank. He holds a diploma in business administration and a master’s degree in business informatics. Holger is the author of various publications in the fields of creative solution design, business model innovation, and re-engineering of customer-bank-interactions. Holger has led several large front-end and business transformation programs.
