Apart from that I organize closed-group fireside chats with the founders of leading startups, eg clark, raisin, arago, acomodeo, fincite, crowddesk, bettervest and upvest.My portfolio is about all aspects of digitalization (backend, frontend, strategy, implementation, process improvement, ux ...). I steered most projects as a manager with a team of up to four (senior) consultants: ◘ Monitor/ steer the rollout of the new remote consulting center (Beratungscenter) as a third customer touch point (besides branch and online)◘ Ensure compliance with new EBA regulation, LOaM (guideline on loan origination and monitoring)◘ Digitize all areas of corporate banking to improve user experience and reduce workload on front- and back-office, i.e. to implement a main pillar of the 2024 strategy.◘ Improve online banking for private customers (more digital, more real time, overall better experience etc.) and implement e2e processes◘ Reduce IT costs across 7 "core IT" departments◘ Develop a vision for skill management, define (future) skills, introduce a skill management (software) and prepare to set up an agreement with the workers council◘ Create a strategic roadmap 2020-23 for cards and new payments (consumer and corporate cards, national scheme, nfc payments, partnerships etc.)◘ Create a vision and implement bank/non-bank offering to increase market share among startups; value proposition canvas, customer journey map, google design sprint methodology; interviews with entrepreneurs and sales people.◘ Ten-weeks agile, non-digital, projects with direct impact on the balance sheet: 1. streamline internal process of small cap acquisition financing, 2. make the bank more attractive for medium-sized digital businesses through working-capital financing, etc.◘ Implement multi-banking functionality by connecting banking IT landscape with third-party provider to feed transaction data into financial forecast tool for small business clients
