I am an Educator at heart & have taught from pre-school through elementary school as a homeschooler, high school classes at private institutions and university level classes as an instructor of modern languages, translation, Great Book Seminars & cultural studies. As a Writer & Researcher, I put my skills to work having created an online presence at www.HolisticWellnessWithMena.com where my goal is to help the Celiac, allergy & autoimmune communities to live free of illness triggers & thrive. Healing is another important aspect for my target communities & so as a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader I offer laughter as a health practice as well as Holistic Nutrition & Herbal services with Wellness Coaching.
