I worked hard to manage and maintain operational budgets resulting in a savings of more than $500,000 my final year with a focus on preserving staff levels to meet customer demand. Many of the projects included coordinating and rolling out additional offices in Stockton, CA, Kansas City, MO and Cleveland, OH, including managing facilities planning, service vehicle acquisitions and staffing.I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to oversee part of our product development including a first of its kind covert video surveillance system for law enforcement utilizing wireless mesh technology in a compact, easily deploy-able back pack. In addition to this I was required to work to maintain targets within company guidelines including the negotiation of annual service contracts and increasing monthly revenues by 15%.I developed feasibility studies and business planning for our start-up divisions. I refined pro-forma’s in conjunction with money raising activities, setup business licenses, created and managed stock distribution agreements and wrote employment contracts at a time when the company was going public…I even had the opportunity to participate in the ringing of the bell on the NASDAQ.

Channel Manager/Business Development ManagerMy responsibilities here were to manage quarterly reviews and reports on all partner sales. This group of nearly 50 partners required me to provide both small & large scale presentations not only to our channel partners but to their clients as well. This position gave me multiple opportunities to speak in large group settings around North America. This position led to the development and ongoing relationship with many Fortune 500 companies including McDonald's Corporation, Remington Arms and Spherion Staffing which ultimately accounted for 20% of total revenue.This position also afforded me the opportunity to coordinated monthly offsite Seminars, Trade Shows, and Channel Training throughout the country covering Human Resource and Job Management trends. This led to the development of our Private Label program with dramatically increased channel sales as well as our partner’s bottom line.I was also involved at the installation and deployment level. This included collaborating with large software providers putting together integration options for many large State Universities using software platforms like PeopleSoft (JD Edwards) and SAP. To do this I was required to gather information on organizations from the beginning starting with the point of sale and continuing through completing.
