I am a recent graduate from Saint Joseph's University as a Business Administration major. Through out my four years of college, I worked at Buckley's Tavern as a hostess and server. In these two roles I was able to learned how to effectively interact with customers with various demeanors and personalities, to contribute to a team effort, and to develop and sustain a strong work ethic.In November 2018, I began working for Moody's Analytics as a Solution Service Generalist. My role as a Solution Service Generalist is to provide superior customer and external relations by resolving client issues and request, while serving as the initial point of contact for a wide range of research and data products. With acquiring strong knowledge of Moody's Analytics products, I am able to resolve client issues and complete specific client request. I have gained strong problem solving and communications skills, along with strengthening my ability to work collaboratively and independently.
