I am a trial and appellate partner in Stafford’s Madison office. I have represented clients in a wide variety of complex disputes across a dozen states, including 250+ court appearances and several trials in state and federal courts.My commercial practice focuses on business/shareholder, real estate, intellectual property, and insurance coverage disputes. Part of the firm’s Election and Political Law team, I represent parties in litigation aimed at protecting democratic principles in Wisconsin. I also serve as local counsel for substantial litigation matters pending in the Western District of Wisconsin, Dane County, or elsewhere in the State of Wisconsin.I am an adjunct faculty member at the University of Wisconsin Law School, teaching Trial Advocacy. I have been recognized by two leading attorney peer-review publications, having been named a “Wisconsin Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine and a “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers. I also frequently publish content on issues that I find interesting or important.
