As the Marketing Director of Bigger Than Sports, a 501(C)(3) nonprofit, I lead the expansion and visibility of our impact. We empower student-athletes in communities with the highest poverty and lowest educational attainment rates. Through the power of sports, we transform these communities by creating and implementing programs that guide students in developing actionable post-high school plans, including pathways to higher education, vocational training, and career opportunities.Our team provides essential resources such as financial aid workshops, career mentoring, and application assistance, ensuring every participant is equipped with the tools and support needed for long-term success and fulfillment.

- Managing outdoor fitness reservations at the RIT Track/Stadium (and indoors now)- Checking participants in/out for proper contract tracing.- Ensuring equipment is secure and is used safely and properly.- Enforcing safe physical distancing of all participants.- Cleaning/disinfecting equipment between each reservation.- Reporting all equipment issues to management immediately.- Responding to injuries and providing the appropriate care.

- Co-facilitate a dialogue process through a Plan-Do-Reflect experiential learning cycle with an assigned section of 24 students for 14 weeks- Participate in a learning partnership to connect first-year students with resources and opportunities available in the RIT community- Attend, participate, and co-facilitate intentional bonding activities during Saturday of New Student Orientation- Attend required bi-weekly team meetings & supervisor meetings- Provide support as needed to execute experiential activities within the course- Support cohort and necessary logistics at Super Speaker events, co-facilitate follow-up dialogue- Provide one-on-one ½ hour coaching sessions to the students in your assigned section

-Maintain and monitor the Render Farm where students submit films and projects-Communicate to students when problems arise with their render packages
