FreeBreathing started on March 17 2020 with the development of a ventilator that should be easy to build and available worldwide. A prototype was built, software and firmware were written. This led to the Open source VentilatorPAL. Through the link below you have access to these files. This enables one to build the the VentilatorPAL themselves.Due to further insight, governmental regulations, medical standards and a growing demand from hospitals for a professional and certified version we have re-designed the Open Source version into an out performing device, our FRD-e. The FRD-e is an active medical device to take over the manual compression of a disposable resuscitator and was marketed by Stogger Medical.
