My role includes:- Managing an awesome team of three including the Digital Communications Officer, Executive Assistant and Communications Officer, and Senior Software Developer- Managing all marketing and comms for WCF and all its programs- Design and develop all marketing materials including brochures, booklets, signage, media materials and merchandise- Implement and manage the program plan- Develop engagement strategies that benefit WCF's social media presence and brand awareness in the communities in which we work and manage all social media platforms- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and sponsors- Develop and maintain the fundraising plan for WCF- Develop strategic marketing and communications plans to align and guide the direction of all marketing for WCF with intent to support children, young people, individuals and families.- Evaluate current marketing strategies through in-depth analysis with marketing metric tools- Oversee all fundraising, community, partnership and organisational events- Coordinate all photography and video material as well as develop all video material including TVC's- Work closely with many local media and advertisement agencies to implement the marketing plan- Build, develop and manage the website including SEO, Google Ads, traffic etc. - Oversee and develop all grant applicationsMy biggest highlight working at WCF would be developing and executing a successful re-brand. This included managing all event marketing collateral, social media including Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, website management and development, implementing and developing marketing campaigns, compliance and various other marketing material including brochures, radio, producing television adverts, flyers and the annual report. In February 2014 I was offered casual/part time work as the Marketing Assistant and the following year was offered full-time employment, with support to finish my University studies by June 2015. We have grown immensely in our 21 years to the areas of Shoalhaven, Illawarra, Southern Tablelands, Western NSW. My role and responsibilities include offering support to the Community Relations Team and the CEO office. I am delegated tasks between the two programs which can include admin work, working with media, inventory management, artwork design, manage and facilitate social media campaigns, events management and co-ordinating with our programs to offer them support in relation to these responsibilites.
