Full Financial, Cash Flow, Sales, Operational and People Management responsibility for the +$120M plus region.*The region consists of 15 business units in the United States along with entities in Argentina, Columbia, and Brazil.*Region’s footprint grew substantially with Gross Revenues and Net Revenues consistently growing 18-25% year over year and Profit at a compounded annual growth rate of +20%. At the end of 2017, the East Region was the largest region within the company.*Recruited and developed a strong sales team across the region which ensured the continuation of hyper growth and the sales pipeline remained healthy.*Each of the business units offers a wide array of Supply Chain services including international air/ocean transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing and 3PL offerings, trucking and local transportation, time definite and white glove delivery, project cargo management and other professional logistical services.*Responsible for over 1.5M square feet of warehousing space throughout region consisting of pick and pack operations, consolidation/deconsolidation and project cargo management.*Injected new product offerings into the company’s portfolio with a training/marketing strategy which ensured new revenue streams were realized.*Focused cash flow management led to a 10-20% decrease in DSO year over year.*Implemented gateway operations between the US and Latin America which propelled Latin America traffic by 35%. *Launched four new stations/business entities into the company’s footprint to spur growth and coverage.*Very active in procurement developing ocean contracts, air freight tariffs, facility lease agreements, trucking contracts and owner operator agreements.

Full responsibility for EGL's Atlanta station. Responsibilities included P&L ownership, Dock Operations, Fleet Operations and Collections/Accounting. Managed staff of over 150 associates with +$50M in sales. Atlanta was consistently the most profitable station in North America and received both Regional and Company recognition.

Full responsibility for EGL's Raleigh station. Responsibilities included P&L ownership, Dock Operations, Fleet Operations and Collections/Accounting. Managed staff of over 25 associates with +$15M in sales. Raleigh grew gross revenue and profit by over 100% between 2002 and 2004 and won the Southeast Region's Station of the Year in 2003.

Full responsibility for the Domestic Products service offerings including domestic transportation, warehousing (Latin America Gateway Operation) and local transportation. Full ownership of departmental profit and loss statement, operational performance/productivity and on-time service KPI performance. Managed an overall budget of $15M

Responsible for managing ocean vessel loading/unloading at the Port of Long Beach. Worked closely with ILWU labor to ensure vessel schedules/sailings were met. Sea-Land Long Beach accomplished MPH (move per hour) productivity records which decreased each vessel's port time and improved profitability. Supervised and managed all areas within the facility including gate, yard, trucking and marine operations.
