Full responsibility for EGL's Raleigh station. Responsibilities included P&L ownership, Dock Operations, Fleet Operations and Collections/Accounting. Managed staff of over 25 associates with +$15M in sales. Raleigh grew gross revenue and profit by over 100% between 2002 and 2004 and won the Southeast Region's Station of the Year in 2003.

Full responsibility for the Domestic Products service offerings including domestic transportation, warehousing (Latin America Gateway Operation) and local transportation. Full ownership of departmental profit and loss statement, operational performance/productivity and on-time service KPI performance. Managed an overall budget of $15M

Responsible for managing ocean vessel loading/unloading at the Port of Long Beach. Worked closely with ILWU labor to ensure vessel schedules/sailings were met. Sea-Land Long Beach accomplished MPH (move per hour) productivity records which decreased each vessel's port time and improved profitability. Supervised and managed all areas within the facility.
