Hi i'm Holley, a 29 year old apprentice commis chef currently living, and working, in Leeds. I love working in hospitality and entertainment industries and meeting all sorts of new people, its the perfect place for my outgoing personality. Having worked for Grosvenor casinos as a poker dealer for 6 years I moved onwards and upwards into a new career. I have a strong passion for food so made the decision to dive right in! I started a level 2 commis chef apprenticeship with Leeds City College in February 2019. Once I had my barings I joined the team at Mans Markets, an amazing Chinese restaraunt in Leeds city centre. Every day I am learning new things both in and out of college. I love the pressure of the kitchen and the team work it requires so we can all reach the same goal - 100% customer satisfaction every time.I would love to one day own my own business based around freshly sourced ingredients with items grown and processed on site. Quality and presentation are important to me and I will always try to improve on my best efforts.
