I am an entrepreneur, engineer, and researcher with over 10 years of experience in the field of augmented human intelligence, which bridges the gap between disciplines and enables better decision-making. I founded Karlton Research Group in 2016, the leading group in this domain, composed of three companies: System Value, a system engineering and engineering design consulting firm; GEEGLEE, the "Google of Engineering", the first software able to capture and reproduce the way-of-thinking; and HyB'RID, the innovation branch of the group, acquired in 2021. I am currently the CEO of GEEGLEE and HyB'RID, where I oversee the development and implementation of our cutting-edge technology for various clients and industries.I also leverage my expertise and experience to advise and support other startups and organizations in the fields of engineering, design, and innovation. I am an advisor to the founder at La Papeterie Juridique, a company that creates academic tools for law students, and to the chairman at Co-Decision Technology S.A.S., a company that provides collaborative decision support systems. Additionally, I am a lecturer at CentraleSupélec Exed, CentraleSupelec, and ISAE-SUPAERO, where I teach courses on architecting and system engineering, and share my knowledge and insights with the next generation of engineers and innovators. I have also authored and co-authored multiple patents and publications in the domain of engineering design and augmented human intelligence.
