• Establish and maintain relationships with individual and business customers, and provide assistance with problems these customers may encounter. • Accept and process loan applications. • Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments within the branch including monthly surprise audits. • Review reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances such as contras, cash items, and delinquent loans. • Assume leadership role relative to goal attainment as determined by Retail Administration. • Assist the Lead CSR and CSR's in attaining all sales referral goals, as well as operational objectives. • Assist with the training of new branch staff. • Assist with the evaluation of employee performance. • Provide work direction to staff in the performance of assigned duties by coaching and observation sessions.
