Frequently briefs higher and lower leadership on missions, exercises, training, and events. Communicates with higher, lower, and parallel units on a daily basis. Supervised the staff ensuring the performance of all operational, logistical and administrative functions in support of seven different units all on different deployment cycles. Managed the unit's $4.2 million budget and thousands of equipment transfers. Synchronized the sustainment of this large, diverse unit through numerous training exercises, deployments, and events.

Operations Officer for a highly complex Engineer Battalion. Recovered and rebuilt this 950 person unit, after a 15 month deployment to Iraq. Increased Soldier readiness in marksmanship, physical training, functional training, and ensured 100% deployment readiness within 12 month. Developed garrison systems and updated SOPs. Simultaneously planned and executed collective and individual training for seven companies. Enhanced training and leadership development of personnel by implementing a training cycle management program.

Developed systems to track all administrative actions which resulted in a 30% increase in accuracy and timeliness. Developed and implement a recruiting program that resulted in recruiting over 380 personnel into the program within a year, which was recognized as a First Army best practice. Developed an informative welcome program, standardized the in and out processing procedures, increasing efficiency and morale. Briefed the Brigade Commander on all personnel and administrative issues on a regular basis.
